Walmart is obviously having a clearance sale of iPhone 3GS units while supplies last. The 16GB iPhone 3GS units which were previously priced with a 2-year contract are now down to $97. iPhone 3GS unit prices are now cut into half, so if you want an iPhone 3GS unit, you can get one at Walmart stores near you. Word has it that there are only few iPhone 3GS units left at Walmart stores. The iPhone 3G units are also near to being discontinued by Apple.
While Walmart is clearing most of the inventory for Apple, the Worldwide Developers Conference is drawing its near. The launch of the new iPhone is said to be within the said conference on June 7, 2010 10am. Apple’s Chief Executive Steve Jobs will be delivering a keynote.
