April 21, Episode 33 of American Idol Season 9 voted off Tim Urban. Having the full name Timothy Joseph “Tim” Urban, he became the 7th placer of the Season 9 of American Idol as he was voted off last night. He born and raised in Duncanville, Texas, and has been singing and playing the guitar since he was 13 years old. However, his quest in the show has finally ended. He was joined by Casey James and Aaron Kelly in the bottom three.
Last night’s show was entitled “Idol Gives Back” wherein it became a concert for charity and has raised millions for it. The show showcased a lot of guest which includes Annie Lennox, who taped a segment about an HIV-positive girl in Africa. She also sang from London. (All the Icelandic volcano smoke prevented her from catching a flight to the States).
